I love the sound of my RT5000p surround system. When I started trying to fit them in ... they are HUGE for my room. I know I won't be happy with the RT-8 set up I had before after hearing the difference.

A guy at work has a 3 channel set up with 2 Phase Technology PC 6.5 towers and a Phase Technology PC Center 2. He said he would set them up if I was interested to hear them.

Any opinions on value or sound? I searched the net and not much info.

Just curious. ... and thanks in advance ...

    Cincycat,

I have a complete Phase Tech surround system: PC-80s for fronts, PC center, PC-60s for rears. In the early 90's I worked at a retailer that sold them. They had a great dealer accomodation price for us. I think they are some of the best sounding speakers I've heard. In fact, I wish I had bought a pair of the towers when I had the chance. I think they would be definitely worth a listen.

Also, Phase Tech still provides support for the PC series. I need a new woofer for one of mine and contacted them through their website and received a prompt e-mail with a part # and a phone # to call.

    Good luck.
