I recently moved and have had to merge my Home theatre system with my listening room. i am in the process of upgrading my listening/theater setup.
I have been using a surround speaker package by Polk Audio, RM6600. For my listening room i had a pair of Energy C1.
I have added a pair of RTi A7 for fronts, and CSi A6 for the centre. The energys have been moved to the back. Looking at replacing them in the future with the FXi A4.

What Subwoofer would be a good, better, best choice?

Your expertise would be welcome

Budget? SVS PB13U, SVS PB12 Plus, or Epik Empire. Check those out.

Your budget is the biggest factor in determining what sub to get. Also how big is the room you are using?

After this is determined there are the usual suspects. If you want a polk sub then get a DSW or micropro. If you are open to internet direct companies then you have SVS, HSU, ED, Epik among many others.
    Front - RTiA5's
    Rear - RTiA3's
    Center - CSiA4
    Sub - PSW110

+1, good advice there. Most important is budget, then room size. From there we can make better suggestions. Welcome to Club Polk.
