Liquid glass Wow! If this stuff doesnt turn out to have some hidden health risks, inhalation, ingestion, then this stuff is really going to be revolutionary. The applications of use would be endless....

That is very interesting! Wonder how it'd do as a substitute for clear coating on guitar bodies, speaker cabinets to acheive that piano gloss finish without all the sanding, buffing and polishing. And UV protection. I have several guitars with a few originally being brilliant white in color. But have aged to a sorta yellow hue over the last 20 years or so.--Gary--

Believe it or not, some people will pay extra to get a new guitar with parts that look yellowed with age. Fender's Relic series...You can even get a brand new guitar, that's pre-beat up to look like it's been on the road for 20 years.

Oh I know. I have 14 guitars right now. And have literally had/traded/sold at least 100 or better guitars since the mid 80's. Some like the aged yellow, I don't. And I damn sure don't see paying Fender or the ESP custom shop $2500+ for a new guitar that looks like its 40 years old. No thanks, I'll create my own mojo!--Gary--

Exactly. I'd rather know the story behind every scratch on my guitar. You can get a Fender American Deluxe that is every bit as good as a Custom Shop Relic for half the price. I don't see the point...The nirvana inducer-

Somehow I smell the same thing as asbestos. Don't know why, but I do.~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~

Reading further into the product, you will find that it is not visible. I don't think it will shine as some think. Only 30 molecules thickness. Wait for the jury. May be a Ronco silicone spray>:)>

It seems like a great idea as a sealant. Would you be able to reseal a regular window?
