If some one had told me that someone could sustain these injuries and live, I'd call BS on them

    That was a very moving story...put a big lump in my throat. Im proud to have had him as a fellow American brother and a hero for serving his Country so bravely.

    All veterans, especially ones from the Vietnam Conflict (wasn't a war), do not get the respect they deserve or are due. Everytime I see a serviceman in public I make it a point to shake his/her hand. If I am in a restaurant while one is dining I will buy their meal. Small gestures to show my appreciation for their sacrifices. Thanks for posting.
