What the hell is the difference?;)

Will it really matter which ones I use in my phono pre? Thought I should ask before I pull the trigger on a set.

Thanks Fellas.

I've always had an affinity for the smooth plate tele's. YMMV
JC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

Difference would be the lower amount of money left in your wallet if you went with ribbed plates;).

I haven't heard the ribbed plates but have experience with the smooth plate. I like the sound but I can't believe how much they're going for. IMO the Ei copy of the smooth plate is very nice and a good substitute if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

    Ask Brent Jesse.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
