Tell me about this speaker

i got some Polk Ex 802's. There are no serial numbers so i believe they came out of a loaded box or something like that. I haven't been able to find any info on them. They are 8 inch, i believe they are subs but i'm not sure. Any help will be appreciated.

    i think so but i don't know. i saw that ex seemed to be car audio but i can't find that model anywhere
