Monitor out for set up

OK....I finally found in small print in the Denon 5800 book where it says to connect a 75 (symbol) cable between the monitor out of the AVR and the monitor. I just looked it up again...it's a 75 ophm coaxial pin plug cord. The output for this thing looks like a standard RCA but yellow and sits above the S-video which will not transfer the AVR's set to the monitor.
I assume this is the old composite video cable? Which is usually the yellow connector in the 3 part composite cable? I thought I had one, though I have tossed several, but the one I have, all 3 connectors (red, white and yellow) are identical, and I thought the video out was shaped differently than the audio....am I nuts?
If the 3 connector cable I have is not audio and video, what the heck is it?
