Question on SDA 1C connector cable

I have the blade and pin type connector cable for the SDA 1C's.

Where can I get the actual plugs at the end of the umbilical cable as mine is not working and want to make another one?

Will the 2 pin Din type plugs work as they are the only ones I have seen that are similar?

At the moment I am just using speaker wire jammed in the holes.

Any help would be appreciated.

if you are not afraid of doing things yourself, you can use speaker wire binding posts, or as you said, most any connector if you are willing to modify the speaker and interconnect cable to match.
    Dodd - Battery Preamp
Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
    Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
    ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
    Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
    Outlaw ICBM - crossover
    Beringher BFD - sub eq

Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!

There are several ways you can.

    As suggested above

Contact Ben here at CP who makes them

Make your own by buying an RCA connector and soldering your cable of choice or buy a premade RCA cable. In both cases you will have to remove the outer ring of the RCA connector.

Only one of the wires is actually transmitting a signal in the 1C so you can replace the original with a single terminal. It has been discussed at length on this forum. Just do a search and you will find most, if not all, your answers.

If you have soldering skills and aren't afraid to modify the SDA cable socket, this thread will help you out.
