Grounded Pre/Pro - Question

Just an observation: my old REF50S2 Pre/Pro has a ground prong (three prongs) and the new Marantz AV8003 has no ground prong. So the question is: where the grounding goes on the AV8003?
Btw, it has no effect on SQ or PQ as far as I can tell, no increase in noise floor or hum or anything of that sort.
