Pinpoint Distortion - SDA2A

Please help with a recommended procedure for isolating the source of distortion.
Background: I recently cleaned my preamp volume pot. When I reinstalled the preamp, I inadvertently turned the system on with the volume cranked all of the way. Also, I have previously removed the poly switch.
The speakers sound fine until a loud passage, then their is some distortion in the right speaker. I need to find out which speaker component I may have fried.
One thing I thought of was to swap the tweeter with the left channel tweeter. Any other thoughts?

Try that first. Also try pushing on the midwoofers and see if any are frozen.
BenPlease. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks
Ben
