Csi 3

is the CSI 3 the proper center for my fronts... ive got rti4's up front.


or any other centre channel i can use?


csi a5 or a6????????

    Yeah the CSi3 and CSi5 are the ones that go along with the RTi4. The CSi A4 and A6 will work to, they are pretty much just the newer versions that go along with the RTi A series.

    the csi 3 has 2 5/4" speakers the csi 5 has 2 6 1/2" speakers.


    i notice you have the a3's and are using the csi 3... what would you suggest?

    well the CSi 5 is the big brother to the 3. There on the same line so there sound properties are the same but having the larger speaker it will have more range but also need more power. The same thing between the A4 and A6. The newer versions wont be that much different from the older ones just some minor tweaks and new style. I like the csi3 a lot in my set up. It matches with the newer a3's fine, maybe slightly different but not noticeable to me. Out of all my speakers i have and have gone through thats the one i've had the longest. I think its a good value, you can probably find a new one for around 150 which is a great value compared to the price of the new ones.

    Aero where are you located? I will probably be putting up a mint cherry Csi3 for sale here soon.

    I would suggest the biggest, badest center you can afford/fit in your rig. The center, IMHO is the most important speaker in any HT setup and something like 75% of all audio is formatted to be played by your center, esp. dialouge. Def. don't want to skip on the center if you can help it. Good luck.

    hey .. thanks for the offer... it doenst work for me though as i am looking for black to match and i am in ontario.

    also think i am going to go with the csi 3... there is a big savings involved buying the csi 3 compared to the csi 5
