Is there a great difference in sound from the tweeters on the RT55i which carriers Tri-laminate and the CSi40 Center speaker which carriers silk/polymer composite dome..

Anyone that wants to communicate on the qualities of the two would be greatly welcomed....

And also would you guys think it better for me to change the tweeters in the RT55i to match the Center....
Polks All The Way
Fronts RT55i
Front Presence RT35i
Center CSi40
Side Channels FXi50
Rears RT55i
Rear Presence RT15i
Bottom Line, Greatness and Fun....

It's not enough to lose sleep over, don't change anything.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I prefer the tri-lams, but in a surround set up, it will be extremely hard to tell them apart.

I once ran RT800i mains with a CSi40 and they matched just fine.
