Gotta say that this was probably one of the most entertaining documentaries I've seen in a long time. It basically follows two individuals (one over the span of twenty years) as they compete to establish the World-Record high score for Donkey Kong. The politics and sub-culture of '80's video gaming culture and our inherently competitive nature are some of the themes touched upon in this unbelievable movie.

More than anything, it's incredibly fun and surprisingly quite touching. Anyone that's ever wanted to see competitive gaming set to the soundtrack of Joe Esposito's "You're the Best Around" will find themselves grinning ear to ear throughout this film.

I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I watched this a few years ago when it first came out on DVD. The only thing I remember is thinking what aloser this guy was for basically sacraficing his family to pursue a 15 year old video game record. His wife and kids must have been so proud!!! Great documentary; sad commentary on this guys life.

You didn't get the memo Demi? My review is OFFICIAL. You can take your third-rate, knock-off, imitation crab meat review and eat a bag of dongs.

I watched this a few months back and thought it was one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. I've never spent so much time laughing AT people during a movie. Instant classic.
