    here is what he used to look like. guess he has some kind of kidney disease and underwent a kidney transplant.

    He is Stephen Cojocaru (i had to look up the last name) but he went through kidney failure and almost died a few years ago and is now on his second since the first had to be removed. He used to be skin/bones but has since blown up because of his health issues......
