I found a guy at the local flea market selling I guess open box and store returns of interconnects,s video,video,sub cables all in the accoustic research brand, Not all the bottom line either, it was master series, pro 2 series i think its called and pro series, for dirt cheap and most still in the box, open and some sealed.. i bought a few weeks ago 1 master series video cable(this thing has to be 1\2" thick) for my vcr, a sub cable, and S video cable heavy duty black insulation, locking ends(i assume) all for 9 bucks.. so this last weekend i bought 2 pro series(i think it's called) heavy blue and thick cable) I bought 2 S video cables and 1 thinner optical cable sealed for 8 bucks.. I told him i wanted audio cables(rca) and he said next week he should have some.. so i am jumping on what ever he has and replacing my (walmart theater series or what ever wires) for AR at a steal!! so maybe i will have 30 bucks in a comeplete setup of AR cables... Not bad but is this a good deal>?? i know it is but just wanted to see if anyone can get it for near this price, ya never know......

After all, AR did file for CH.11 so the deals you might find are not at all a surprise.

Master series are great products as well, if you can get a good price.

Sounds like a stellar deal, might want to get a couple 'extra' sets at that price for future rigs/use.

I know PE was closing out some AR cables also, I don't know that the prices were THAT low though.

Well i am glad i found this Guy, i re-read my post and it looks like i said 8 bucks for optical, and 9 for the others, actually i paid 9 bucks total for 3 items, $3 x3 items, and 8 bucks total for all 3 of the items this weekend.. incase it sounded different, anyways a great deal, I will get extra's also..... Its a flea market in a old still open and running double screen drive- in we have here in the erea.. dirt and sand to walk through to the sellers but these people have some great deals and don't hold anything at face value,, pure deals.....

I will see what he has available this weekend, after i get my dibs and extra's ..... and see what people might be interested in on the board.. being it's non fragile and light weight i would think shipping would be minimal, book rate ships for pennies on the dollar with a wait of 1- 1 1/2 weeks but cheap indeed.. will post some pics if i get more items.
