WTH is up with this CD?

My daughter has a Disney movie with a song on it by "Smash Mouth". The album that contains the song is "Summer Girl". I can't find the blasted thing in stock anywhere on the big internet dealer sites. Amazon has used starting at $21+. Anybody know why this is so rare?
