Monitor 10 XO upgrade?

Can someone give me a list of what parts are recommended in upgrading these? Is there any info on the XO I need to look at first? I am a total noob at XO's, but I am pretty handy with a soldering iron. :D

Onkyo Integra M504, Bottlehead Foreplay III, Denon SACD, Thiel CS2.3, NHT VT-2, VT-3 and Evolution T6, Infinity RSIIIa, SDA1C and a few dozen other speakers around the house I change in and out.

    You reall have to pull XO's out and read the values of the caps and resistors. I like Dayton caps on the lows. I also like them on the highs. Others have been running SonicCaps on the highs, and lately Face has been pimping the ClarityCaps. Can you post a pic of your XO? Also you can swing by here even if you are comfortable doing them yourself. It is always good to meet Polkies.

    Ok, so with some pics and values you can tell me what to order? I would love to swing by and meet you and see your Polk's. But sadly I never seem to have the time to do much else other than work.

    You need to swing by sometime. Lot's of good gear around here. You won't need a hotel if you want to crash here. Post that pic and I am sure that we'll be able to help.

    I have a pair of 10Bs for some time now and I think they sound great. What is the biggest change and/or benefit for doing the xo upgrade?
