How could something like this have happened with the fine role model his dad is.



Report: Ozzy's Son in Rehab

PASADENA, Calif. - Jack Osbourne, the 17-year-old son of heavy metal star Ozzy Osbourne, has checked into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic, People magazine reported.
No excuses!

    After last night, I think I need to check into rehab.

    The wife and I dug the first season, for what it was. I think Jack is cool, he gives all fat dorks some hope for the future.

    The Ozzy's are simply an extension of our obscene need for reality TV.

    Funny, thought provoking, weird, shocking, etc. ....but in the end why? There is a neverending barrage of this stuff, and me following American Idol is no different. Fear Factor is awesome, but where the fook does it end? I am hooked at times.

    The commercialization of this type of broadcasting is sickening.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Yes, very sarcastic!

    Take any guy (yes, even Micah), manufacture a song for him and plop it on MTV. Girls everywhere will be throwing themselves at him.

    Speaking of MTV, do they play videos anymore? Everytime I flip by that channel, there's nothing on but TRL or some stupid reality show.

    Personally, I thought that the Ozbourne's is hilarious. The WHY to watching them is that they're not a typical family that you'd expect to see on TV doing typical, overdone, repetitive, mundane things that all other sitcoms show. I find them refreshingly entertaining, especially compared to shows like Fear Factor. I could be wrong, but I think that Fear Factor has MAYBE 15 shows, and all they rotate are the people that compete.

    I think that the line would have to be drawn with the Anna Nicole show. I guess I don't get what makes her entertaining. It's sad.......I think that she's the person from which all blonde jokes are based on.

    American Idol is ok. It's at least an opportunity for someone to win a recording contract......a chance that they might not have otherwise. I really don't like the commercialization of it all. By that I mean, their barage of CD releases of the people that don't win, that essentially have some sort of recording contract thing goin on anyway....kinda weird.

    Survivor 1 was ok. All others, I refuse to watch. The entertainment industry doesn't know when to stop, though, you can't really blame them if people continue to tune into the crap that they're putting out. The variable with that is that one mans ****, is another mans treasure, so I wouldn't expect them to change too much really.........
