That's awesome! Could you provide some more details? What kind of Corvette donated its guts? Is this from the same era, a 350 or a big block? LS1? LS7? What kind of transmission? Turbo400? I'm guessing probably not a manual. You take it down the dragstrip? Roll cage? Fuel cell?

The peanut gallery needs details!! :D

The first d-train was a 1968 327/375 HP vette motor with a 4 speed "munchy" now is a redone 454/500 hp from a 73 vette, turbo-400 hi perf shift kit 4000 rpm stall speed converter etc etc.I don't race anymore but it was an 11.5 second machine consistantly.

Fuel cell, elec&mech fuel pumps, carburation all by Holley.Mondello cylinder heads,Accel ignition,Hooker headers. It was comical when I approached a 4-way stop, they all let me go first, out of turn.Lots of fun ,lots of looks.lots of skinned knuckles(ouch).I ran in modified production, was not street legal but whenever I got pulled over, which was quite alot(very loud) never got a citation.
