Polk PSW450 or Martin Logan Dynamo

I currently have PSW450. Is the Dynamo a better sub to get.

    What are you using it for and in what size room?
    I don't read the newsssspaperssss because dey aaaallllllllll...... have ugly print.

    I'm going to use it for 80 HT /20 2CH. Not sure on the room size. I'm going to move soon and don't have the room size. The room is not too big.

    Isn't there more than one size of Dynamo? Which model?

    The Dynamo comes in a 10 inch, 200 watt RMS, sealed. The next one up is the Abyss.

    Dynamos are available in 12" and 10" models...see onecall.com Either one digs lower then the 450. If that's a consideration..so I'd say, on paper, it would be an upgrade!

    Those are new offerings, there was just the one Dynamo, but now it looks like they offer the Dynamo: 500, 700, and 1000 not sure how they would compare to the original, which was pretty good. I would guess one of those to be an equal, one a little better, and one not as good but something to market in the $400 price point.
