Glue for SDA foam wafer

I did a search on this but I just wanted to double check with the experts.

And I won't be doing this till I get back in July in any case...but one always pauses to think about audio things.

My SDA-2Bs were showing some signs of the foam wafer that is attached to the rubber membrane on the passive radiator...slowly detaching at the edges!

To reattach this, I've read Elmer's Glue and craft Styrofoam glue would be OK..the question is HOW...since it takes 'time' for this glue to dry? How do you keep the wafer FLUSH with the rubber membrane for an hour or more?

Thanks!

I've seen guys use a battery connected to the leads on powered woofers.... for a PR though, you basically hold it until it dries up, and let it sit for a few hrs.
