I've been using this CD as my reference as I slowly upgrade my system. But one thing remains consistent as I tweak and mod. Track 9 (Esther) has a "scratchy" noise to his sax starting at 37 seconds into the song. If any of you guys have this CD please check out this tune and let me know it's the CD and not the tweeters on my 10b's. This seems to be a very well recorded CD. I have the 1st release I believe - 1986 by Arista (ARCD 8496).
