I don't really understand what your question is regarding them. They are very nice speakers for HT. Are you just confused as to why they would make this?
There are others that are similar to these such as paradigms ect doesn't mean they are just trying to cram them in there to "look" cool there is a point and its sound quality. -

well its just usually speakers have to be in a proper size cabinet.... i just look at that and think there isnt enough space for what they got in them....? -

Lee is right, the cabinet is deep and there is plenty of room for the drivers to function the way they were intended. I would suggest listening to them first before judging them. -
