I know usally the Moderators here only are talked about or get any recognition when we get over ran with Spam and the like and the response isnt as fast as we would like.

Last night or the night before there were a couple bozos spamming the forum myself and Jesse and one other fellow that im aware of were reporting their activitys as fast as they would post, well within 20- 30 mins of receiving these reports the mod or mods that were on quickly dispatched with these fellows.

So bravo whoever you were ;)

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

    Unfortunately, that stuff won't stop until some security measures are introduced. But kudos to the mods that clean up the aftermath. That **** is a pain in the virtual ****.

    It's funny how many people think spammers are sentient beings and give a crap who or what they are spamming. 90% of the time they're bots, and the rest of the time they're just blindly posting crap wherever they can. They're not "intimidated" by Polk's response time; it costs them nothing to keep trying, which is why they do it.
