I picked up Less McCann & Eddie Harris 30th Anniversary edition Swiss movement that is supposed to be re-mastered. While I still think this cd is just freaking amazing, the sound quality still is not good. Does anyone know of a re-mastered cd of this that sounds better?

My Lp of this got taken from my ( X wife) quite a long time ago. I just might have to find another LP of it...

Thanks for the help!!

I don't know if I can help you or not as I think I've got the same one, but Compared to What is one of the most incredible jazz tracks or whatever.
I had the lp long ago also, and caught a Les McCann show after he and Eddie had split.

Thanks for the reply it is the Rhino supposedly remastered but it still has room for improvement. I will say though it is better then the other version of Swiss Movement I have. The music though is sooo freaking amazing it could be coming out of a am radio and I would still listen to it. It was actualy THE LP that got me turned onto Jazz. After that, it was all down hill. It has been on my rotation for a long time lol. that and Dave Brubeck time out. The CD of that is terrible thought. I still use the original LP lol.

That is fantastic you still got to see one of them live.
