I saw this last night. I loved it! Lots of action, a pretty cool idea of a movie. The movie rocks, non-stop action, has a mix of love, a little suspense at times. I am not good at giving reviews on movies without ruining them, so go to www.epinions.com and type in Treasure Planet! It's worth a buy on DVD as the audio part of the movie totally rocks! Lots of bass in some parts!

I've read the reviews and the PQ is said to the best todate, beating out Toy Story and the like.

    I'll be buying the DVD.

    Peace Out~:D

Man how did you get the DVD. Not to be released untill Tuesday. DD5.1 sound track is great? Too bad no DTS.

My Family owns a video store, we get videos a week early, sometimes I get to keep them. We get a copy to see if our store wants it or not.

The wife picked it up the other night for the kids and we all enjoyed it very much. The bass in some of the segments was awsome, even without a good sub it had the rta's a rockin.:D

Watched it last night, very enjoyable. Great PQ, the use of colors is awesome. DD track is good, very good bass at times but the surrounds seemed to be rarely used.

Watched it today. Makes an ok rental but not a purchase. 3 stars out of 5. DD5.1 sound track is only average.

It was a good movie...I thought the audio overall was lacking though...very disappointed in that respect. Very few boomy parts and outside of the Booty jingleing...very little to comment on audibly. Probably why it isn't in DTS.
Don't get me wrong ,good movie, my son loved it, some good visuals, But I found very little going on in the sound track.
