Just go make some lowball offers on Ebay.
I don't see "Best Offer" tab on my listing.

Whatever. So you are above, or some how better than, ebay? This is an internet forum buddy, get over yourself. Its a low to midrange speaker at best which is no longer manufactured and the replacement can be had for $100 new. Keep your stinking USED speaker. Douchebag

And? Whats your point? you think it's priced to high?

Then dont buy it simple as that. The OP can ask whatever he/she wants for anything. The market IE supply and demand will dictate whether something sells or not.

Just because Bobman or joe blow sold something a month ago here for one price does not mean that it should sell for that amount or less today, identical items rarely sell for the same price here or anywhere

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

My thoughts exactly, I'm not gonna litter up his thread anymore and if you don't agree with his price keep it to yourself, it is in the rules after all. Good luck with the sale man.

My apologies for my attitude at the time.
IF you want to make an offer keep in the private messages. It just hit me wrong at the time.
I have a receipt for $179 on this new and it has less than 50 hours on it at the most. I've been watching these for a couple of months on Ebay and they go from $50-$125 depending on when they're listed and who wants them at the time. I wasn't sure I was going to sell it at the time.
I can be a testy old a..hole some days.
I wish I'd had a little more patience and tact at the time but that's just not me.
I definitely don't like making waves.
Price still stands as it is. IF it don't sell I'll hold onto it. Then again, it probably was an issue of WHO and how I was approached.
Heck, WANNA DO SOME TRADIN'? I'm up for some "hagglin"
Thanks for all the interest and thoughts. BOTH ways.

LOL, you aren't the one who should be apologizing, you were 100% in the right. Good on ya for it though.

Can be an **** myself. Seemed a bit harsh. Nothing wrong with negotiating. No matter.

I'd like to buy it. $25 seemed high for shipping if its only going from Indy to Chicago. Can you check actual UPS shipping for 60618. Thx

It is too high for Chicago zip. Fedex is $13.64 and I was buying a new box at $4.00 to make sure it didn't get destroyed to you. It's going to cost about $6 in materials to safely get it to you including bubble wrap, tape, etc.
I could ship it in original box but I sure wouldn't think it'd make it.
    Thank you
