Can I use a wireless mic with my rotel rc-1070 ? I want to let my daughter sing in the mic and hear it trough the speakers. Not while playing music . Is it just an rca out on a wireless mic base ? Thanks for any help

Your attitude, almost always determine your altitude in life -
First thing - are you planning to play live vocals through home speakers?
If so, I would be very careful - especially if you have nice (non-disposable) home speakers. The dynamic range of live vocals without any limiting or compression could damage your home speakers, especially the tweeters.
I would recommend a separate, small PA-type system for live vocals. There are several ways to do this...all-in-one packages, separate mixer/amp/speakers, mixer/powered speakers. When you consider the cost of potentially damaging home speakers, putting a small PA system together can make sense.
The other nice thing about having a separate vocal PA system is that you can simultaneously use your home audio system for music and the PA system for vocals (think karaoke or vocal accompaniment to music).
Another option is to use a small mixer to feed your home amp connected to small PA speakers. This eliminates the need for a separate PA amplification, but requires some cable switching when you go from music to vocals...so not very convenient.
Regarding using your mic with a home preamp - I'm not sure about your specific wireless mic and whether it has an internal mic preamp. The presence of the RCA out makes me think that it may. If so, it may have a line-level signal that could be fed to downstream amplification.
I'm only familiar with wired mics, which require preamp'ing and level adjustment (typically done in a mixer) prior to amplification.5.1 and 2.0 ch Basement Media Room: Outlaw 975/Emotiva DC-1/Rotel RB-1582 MKII/Rotel RB-1552/Audiosource Amp 3/Polk LS90, CS400i, FX500i/Outlaw X-12, LFM-1/JVD DLA-HD250/Da-Lite 100" HCCV/Sony ES BDP/Sonos Connect.
