Hafler amp repair in San Diego area

Can anyone recommend a good repair shop in the San Diego area that may be able to repair my Hafler DH200 amplifier. It keeps blowing the tweeter protection fuses in my R.T.A. 12's. Even when their is no signal output from the preamp, one channel produces a pronounced buzz before blowing the fuse.
