csi5 and rti12 audio balancing - same highs?

I'm setting up my speakers and when using the "white noise" generated by the receiver (onkyo 3007) to balance the sound levels, the left and right fronts (rti12's) sound the same but the csi5 center channel doesn't have the same level of highs...it sounds a bit duller...given that all these speakers have the same tweeters and are supposed to match, is this a sign that the center channel tweeter may have an issue or is it because the receiver puts out different white noise to the center channel vs the right and left fronts? or is there another reason?
