Samsung Xl23 70 opinion

I bought for my son the XL 2370 and I have returned it to BB 2 times and then I have to retuned it due to : dead pixels ( 2 or 3 ) or the "blue" screen color is not even.

What's up with Samsung LED monitor? Any better LED monitor out there?
