Adcom 5503 local for $425 (good price?)

'Looks' to be in pristine shape. Is the asking price about right? should I try $350'ish?
I figure if I get it at the right price I can always sell it if I decide not to keep it.

Someone in the Savanah area was selling one on Craigslist for over 500.00 not to long ago...

I'd probably break down and buy at $425, but only after trying to go down to $375.
I've been spoiled with the deals I found on my Adcoms, But I love the GFA-5500 and really want to round out the set with a GFA-5503.
