Just curious....differences between the CS1 and CS10 center speakers?
They look pretty much similiar to me other than the sides of the CS10 are black vice cherry wood.

The CS10 has a slightly wider Frequency response, the finish is different and it 'feels' more solid, weighing in at 16lbs... That's 3 lbs heavier; this probably affects the depth of the SQ, but I'm not an expert on these things. The CS10 is also half an inch shorter and about 2 inches wider.
As far as materials, even though the sport similar size drivers, newer drivers are used, as the CS10 is years younger than the CS1.

They're pretty similar, they CS10 is the newer version of the CS1. I have the 10, it's a great center, but I can't wait to upgrade to a CSiA6 to match my RTi's. Like Knucklehead said, if you have TSi's go with the '10. Monitors, go with the '1.Home TheaterRTiA5 - CSiA6 - FXiA6 - PSW650 - Pioneer Elite SC-55 - Carver AV-505 - Sony 46" 120Hz - Monster HP 2400 - Xbox 360 - Playstation 32 ChannelPolk RTA 15TL - Harman Kardon HK3485 - HK DVD48 - Signal Cable IC's and speaker cables
