CS2 Center Speaker delivered yesterday!
WAYYYYYYY too big for where I need it to fit. Took it out of the box just long enough to realize it would not fit where I need it to go. Gonna have to sell it and buy a smaller one!

I got my CS2 yesterday also. I knew it was bigger than the space I have, but reviews of CS2 were so much better than CS1, that I had to get it. Now I have find ways to fit it, but I am not going back to CS1.

Technically I'm not downgrading because I haven't had the pleasure of listening to the CS2 yet! I truly DO NOT want to get rid of it. The TV stand is brand new and was picked out by my wife. I think she'll get rid of me before the TV stand! -
There are smaller center channel speakers around, but do yourself a favor and find a way to accommodate the CS2. Even if you have to place it on the floor temporarily.-Kevin

The issue that I am having now is that the dialogue on movies (I have blu-ray) is coming out of the center speaker but it is low and faint. I have to crank up the volume when people are talking to hear them OK, and then the very next scene is a car wreck that blows us out of our seats and scares the sh^t out of us. How can I have the best of both worlds with the sound?

What are you running for an AVR? Most have programs you can run for setting up the distances, and volume levels for each speaker. Try running that and see where it gets you, if not then just go into your AVR's settings and tweak the volume level for your center a bit. I am surprised that you are having problems, but it sounds to me like it is an issue with the volume levels for your spakers. I had a similar problem with my system until I fine tuned the volumes, now it is all gravy baby. Keep us posted.

What is everyone using to raise the height of their TV (other than wall mounting?). I have to raise my TV's height by 5" and I cannot figure out a way, other than putting many layers of wooden planks underneath -

look at STAPLES, OFFICE MAX, OFFICE DEPOT for a computer monitor stand. It's a good alternative to raise your TV -

Got mine, I knew it was going to big but WOW! this sucker was huge. There was no way I was getting rid of it so I made a shelf for it and mounted it to the wall. After some staining and measurements it looks great! I would work with it as it sounds soooo good. -

How did you make the shelf? Can you share any pics? -
