I have the same ones in my rear surrounds...and I too replaced my Monitor 30's with them.
I jokingly call mine "4.8's" since they are in between size for the 'regular' 5jr that have the 6.5" PRs and the Monitor 4.6's.
I got mine new in 1985.

Regarding your specs question, I dug up the 1985 brochure
    Frequency Response: 30Hz-26kHz
    Recom.Assoc.Amp: 10-100wpc
    Crossover Freq: 3000Hz
    Nomimal Impedance: 4ohm
    Maxium Output Level: 110dB
    Efficiency: 92dB
    Price Each: (1985) $124.95

Wow, you've had them for 25 years, huh? Must like them. I just got mine a couple of weeks ago, and am loving them. Thanks for finding those specs, very nice of you and quite helpful! I wanted to be sure I could safely run them on my NAD integrated ( minimum 4 ohms) and was curious as to the other specs. I will be keeping these as my mains in my modest 2 channel system until I can get the B&W 684's I want :)
