I have never had such a wonderful experience with a company in my life. Polk CS is truly remarkable in every aspect. Shipping, returns, parts replacement, any problem they know how to deal with it. If they sold a string tied to two cans for a good price with their level of CS I'd be grinning ear to ear with my purchase.

Not playing poster boy for them. You may never see me on these forums again, But I can say if some of the companies out there followed suit there would be no unhappy customers. And i could run out a few really quik

    It's not an event for them it's a process. In other words, it's not a fluke you were treated perfectly, its what they do everyday for every customer.
