    Tethering is using your cell phone as a modem to make an internet connection. Wi-Fi tethering means you are using this modem connection over Wi-Fi network to other devices.

    You could have a cell phone that offers wi-fi tethering and connect all your wireless devices to it, just like to a wireless router.

    Umm..ok,,she can pop on the internet with it,connect to the Garmin,and use as a phone,(nuvi),I think I understand what you are saying,,LOL,,I think.:)

    Hmm interesting. Winmo 6.5 already has this built in. For those older devices theres wmwifirouter...
