Great to see father and son FINALLY reunited :)


RIO DE JANEIRO - A New Jersey man and his 9-year-old son were reunited Thursday in Brazil after a 5-year international custody battle, and immediately headed home to spend Christmas in the United States.

David Goldman and his son, Sean, left on a charter plane about three hours after the boy was handed over by his Brazilian family, said Rep. Chris Smith, who was in Brazil to support the U.S. father.

    Its amazing that the Foreign natural moms can get away with this.. its just like the guy in Japan too who's child was taken from him. Its kidnapping pure and simpe, even if its the mother doing it.. Its always good when the other countrys court system recognizes what should happen, however they should have considered this kidnapping 5 years ago and given him back then, not after the natural mother died.
