Ode to my snowblower

Well...Here in south Jersey we got about 22 inches of snow. I bought a snow blower last year and never used it. We were away the last two days, so didn't get a chance to plow as we went along. Got home today and wasn't even able to get in the driveway. I decided to try out the snowblower. It turned a 6 hour shovel job into about an hour. I am now convinced it is on the top 10 of greatest inventions of all time, along with the light-bulb, the wheel, etc.

I love my snow blower.

Oh, you hate your job? Why didn't you say so? There's a support
group for that. It's called EVERYBODY, and they meet at the bar.

haha, We got 24 inches in my neck of the woods.

Personally I am a shovel guy, but I do understand the appeal of snowblowers.
My wife's dad has one but his is electric and small so it can only handle snow 5-6 inches or so.

Even if we got snow...a tornado would come up right behind it to blow it away.

Or it'll be 90F the next day.

I agree, they are the best inventions ever. My neighbor had one and I was always jealous of it. About 2 years ago (after I had back fusion), it snowed like 2 inches. He tried to start the snowblower and it wouldn't start. He got frustrated with it and went and bought a new one. He gave me the old one and said I could do whatever I wanted with it. I took it apart and an hour later it was running better than ever. I offered it back to him numerous times after I fixed it because I felt badly that it was fixed so easily. It saved my back this weekend and I swear I must have thanked him 100 times.

We might not get a lot of snow around here, but even two inches is intimidating as crap knowing how my back might feel after shoveling.
