Ok so maybe not Polk SDA's but Carver SDA's. I just received the Carver SD/A-490t cd player I bought yesterday. I have own 3 different cd "hi fi" cd players in my short time on this earth and let me say this is by far the best cd player I have listed to. I own another carver cd player put i wanted to give his tube cd player a try and I'm very glad I did. It has one feature in particular that was one my last Carver cd (cant remember the model off hand but if you are interested let me know and i can look it up) the Soft EQ button. I couldn't notice a difference with the last cd player but this time it very noticeable and I love the way it makes cds sound. All I need is a remote and i will be set

If life had more tubes it would be a lot smoother.

Congrats!
I've had the pleasure of hearing a 490t before and I'll tell you that they're a very fine CD player indeed. Congratulations and I hope you enjoy it.~Matt
