Hey guys,

Hoping you can help out. Back around 2004 or 2005, there were some folks experiencing RF issues with their powered subs on the RT3000. Turned out to be a poor ground design on the plate amps. The fix was called revision 3.

When I spoke to the Canadian rep, who spoke to head office, turns out this revision 3 was some technicians solution that he came up with. It was never documented, and he has since left the company.

Do any of you know about this revision 3, and what was done to change the ground layout on the plate amps ?? I am getting terrible FM radio reception in the subs (RT3000), and I need to find this design change, in order to have the work carried out.

Hope somebody out there who has worked for Polk for ages, comes forward with more info !!

Thanks
Neil
