I like the Nostromo N52 speed pad. The fact it fits your hand speaks for itself.

Might be just a little bit of overkill for Bejeweled....haha

I like my Logitech G5 a ton. Razer makes good mice as well. Wired mice are generally preferred if you want zero-lag.

The Microsoft Sidewinder X5 is one of the best gaming mice on the market. PC Gamer claims it is the best and theyre the ones that turned me onto it. Great feel and action. Also comes with weights you can use to make set it up to your liking even more.

The Logitech G500 is another great gaming mouse and worth a look.

I have been using Razers for the last 4 years. I love them. Easy glides, on the fly adjustments, as many buttons as most would need and fairly priced. However, my first purchase of the Razer was based on the feel in my hand.

Find what fits your hands the best and also how the buttons feel when you actuate them. A nine button mouse won't do you any good, if you have to contort your fingers to use them.

I always use wired mice, but i'm also old school like that. Modern wireless mice are fine. My Razer is wired.

I started off using a Microsoft track ball but finally got tired of it cause after a few minutes of play your hands start to sweat a little and that screws up the action to me anyway. It took a while to get used to using a mouse but Im good with it now and I can play for hours.

Logitech is my mouse brand of choice. I've tried the new Razers and at least one of the MS Sidewinders (not sure if it was the newest model, or not) and I keep coming back to Logitech.

MX518 is you want an older model, G5 if you want to get something new.

Excellent ergonomic's, you can select between 2 different textured "shell's" and you can tailor the weight to your liking. It has adjustable sensitivity, awesome scroll/tilt wheel and just freakin' ROCK'S!!

I still rock my mx510 on my backup rig :)

Maybe a little late, but all my gaming mice are wired. The only wireless mouse I use is on the work laptop. Some have no problmes with wireless mice, mine always seem to go down when I'm in the middle of something.

The solution was to go wired and not worry about it. Plus I think they are bit cheaper wired.

I did the same research a while back and that's where I ended, with G9. I also have the N52 demi mentioned earlier but that replaces the keyboard for gaming.

G9 can be had for $50-60 so it's not very expensive either. Highly recommended.
