How to raise 1C's?

I want to raise my 1C's so the top tweeter is at the vertical center of my HDTV. That will require raising them ~3". My 1C's have the oak ends. I would like something which is adjustable so I can easily level it with the same device which is raising it if at all possible.
Suggestions?

"I" would park each of them on a precast concrete patio block. I'm thinking that a patio block should be big enough; and you can get them in "decorator" colors for very little money. If you have spikes on the bottom of the speakers, you just use the threaded spikes to make any needed adjustment. My floor is carpeted concrete, so I don't need blocks. If I wanted to raise the speakers (I don't) I'd just use longer spikes at the bottom.
The spikes I use are 1/4" t-nuts pressed into the wood pedestal of my 1Bs; and then matching hardened (Grade 8) bolts with the heads cut off and the under-head shank sharpened to a point on a bench grinder. They're locked in place with a jam nut on each spike. I don't have five dollars in the six spikes (3 per speaker)
But not everyone agrees with me around here. :^) -
Jim, do you have spikes under them now?
Just build a small MDF box alittle bigger than the speaker footprint and paint it.
Add spikes (of whatever type) Besides the audio qualities. spikes would also keep them off the concrete, thus keeping the MDF from absorbing moisture. -
I do not have spikes now. They sit indoors on carpeted concrete and I have jerry-rigged a method at the back to level them. I don't have mildew problems indoors, so hopefully I wouldn't need to worry about the MDF absorbing moisture.
I'm not much into building LOL... I'd rather pay for a solution. But I don't see spikes that would raise the speakers 3".Yamaha RX-2600 receiver, Nakamichi Dragon, Mitsubishi HS-U80 VCR, Pioneer DVL-90 LD Player, Sony BDP-S550 Blu-ray player, Sony CDP-X555ES CD player, Carver TFM-42, Carver AV-634, Panasonic TC-P54V10 plasma, BenQ W1070 PJ, Fisher MT-90 turntable, AKG-K340 headphones, Polk SDA-1C mains, CS-400i center, FX A4 surrounds, Rti A1 surround backs -
Honestly, does it have to be exactly in the center? My experience is that a couple inches really won't make much difference in the overall imaging. I'd just get a couple of spike kits from Parts Express or Madisound and install them. That will give you 1-2" and should give you better bass response as well. For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...

I would definitely get them up off the carpet/ concrete. Even if you do not have mildew problems, moisture still can wick up thru the concrete and carpet.
If you don't want to DIY, how about some old books?.....hehe
Kidding aside,
Here are some 2 1/8" high spikes, but depending on the 'structure' of the bottom of your speakers, I would beef the bottom speakers up before just adding spikes (but I don't have/ nor seen the bottoms of SDA-IC's and am just going off of the Studio SDa-IC thread)

Or what about these, especially since ppl have said the SDA-IC (studio) though are tippy. they do have a 18" wide version, but I would verify they would fit.
