I have a question for you guys/gals.

Does Jstas have too much time on his hands :D Personally I think he comes up with a good thread or two but ..................................

Keep it up, so to speak!!

I just got back from taking myself to a nice lunch. A little good food and some Crown Royal on the rocks and bottles of Budweiser. I am a true champion in my own mind.

Ah... a bit of liquid courage and now you want to square off against Sir Jstas the Jersey Jedi. You do realize he once fought off an entire army of rabid lemurs using only a tin full of ribbon candy and some rather naughty haikus?
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Wait... he fought them? That's not what I heard. Either way, not someone I'd mess with.

Get over yourself crybaby. A little fun might do you some good!

And the lemurs alone were no challenge. When they returned, mounted upon the wee turtles, they were too fast. Too fast. But I managed to regroup and drive herds of garden slugs in their general direction by threatening them with large canisters of Morton's Iodized Table Salt. The ensuing calamity of wee turtles sliding on the panicked slugs and spilling rabid lemurs on their heads was tantamount to the Battle of Waterloo being fought on the Hesperus while it wrecked in the Delaware during Napoleon's unsuccessful and therefore little known attempt at crossing the great body.

What's that? Where did I get the salt? Listen, don't ask questions you don't want the answers to.

I remember that battle as if it were yesterday - and not September 21st, 2005 (which may or may not be the actual date of the aforementioned conflict). The harvest moon, the swarms of locusts, the seas brimming with translucent wildlife, a horde of wenches serving us goblets of Nestle Quick and Diet Shasta.

I sat perched upon my throne made of yet-smaller thrones, cackling at the blood-red sky. Utterly awash in the knowledge that this would be the day that my nemesis Jstas would fall before my lemur hordes...

I should have read the fine Sumerian print regarding the Unholy Trinity of Iodized Salt, Ribbon Candy and Garden Slugs of which I was doth warned on the back of the Raisin Bran cereal box I had been perusing over that very morning.

Ah, yes, good times, good times!

Your throne, begot of smaller thrones, is still perched precociously upon my front lawn and now serves as a planter for petunias which I tip toe through, haf nekkid. Sometimes with doro slapping my butt and calling me Sally. But every time I partake in those activities, I can hear, upon the wind those howls of battle and the name Lowenstein on the wind and the triumph of that day, like the salty brine of gefillte fish, sits on my breath, like a bad martini.

I must finish the shrine, carved from Tidy Bowl cakes hot glued together to remember the great Morton's Canister and the great sacrifice it made that day! Huzzah!

It's my thread and I will rub it on my nether regions as long as I like before posting it.

And last night was the department holiday party disguised as a "Happy Hour" to fly under the radar of budgetary concerns. So I was out late and then dealing with a plumber concerning broken drain pipes in the bathroom remodel.

You know, for a "Jersey Guy" you sure are pushy.
