I would love to have the opportunity to do that; I admit... I would be so scared. But I think that there was so much beauty in that area, that it would be worth it. I'm pretty sure I could do it... But I'm not ashamed to admit I might pee my pants a little... And a few times.

REGARDS SNOWWell, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all -
I went there in Xian. It's way worse in person. In particular the sound of old wood bending under pressure and rusting chains clanging. The sound is the scary part.

The interesting thing about China is that the government pretty much has there hands in everything that can bring pleasure or happiness in the form of religion or entertainment, but when it involves people potentially killing themselves doing extreme sports or adventure, the government lets it all go to encourage tourism and jobs.

In general, to the Chinese government, a Chinese life is not as valuable as others. Otherwise, they'd have done something about the thousands of Chinese miners who lose their lives each year. What are you going to do? Sue the corrupted Chinese government?
I do wonder about the availability of medical/emergency assistance at such remote location. -

Never been afraid of heights, and would love to do it ...If the walkways were at least JC Whitney quality.
I could just imagine the flex and crunching it would do under the strain of 280 pounds all directed at once through a size 14 shoe. :eek:The first rule of Fight Club is you don't talk about Fight Club
