I have 2 10uF Sonicaps to sell. I was going to use these on my crossovers for my 2Bs, but changed my mind about the values I used. So, these are available to whomever needs them for crossover mods, etc. They are brand new, never used (I haven't even taken them out of the bag). I purchased these from Sonic Craft last month and they have been sitting around since then waiting to be used. If you need them please let me know. Please PM me if you are interested in them.

"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Just so you know, when upgrading the existing capacitors and resistors you should use caps and resistors of the same value as the ones being replaced.

Ok got some pics to post for you.

Yep, they look like sonicaps;) Just kidding. The leads have not been bent up or tampered with. This was the first time I took them out of the bag (to take the pictures).

Price wise, I think $15.00 a piece plus shipping is fair. Shipping should be cheap as these are light. I will ship them as you like. Just le t me know with a PM.

Just curious, the SDA-2B uses 12, 20 and 40uf (and a 5.8 if you TL). Were you planning on paralleling 2 or 4 10's?

    I was originally going to parallel a 10 and a 30 to get a 40. I later changed to 2 20s (leaving the 10s and 30s, I used the 30s on my 3.1Tls)

Got it, I guess I used 2X20 to keep the path values equivalent as current tends to work the lower value a little harder in a mismatch, but 10/30 isn't bad.

    I wish I needed these, it's a good deal.

I know this thread is old, but are these caps still available for sale ? I am looking for some Sonicaps in various values.

FWIW, the op Headrott hasn't been active here for quite sometime. Solid dude, but not here much if at all anymore.

Not totally absent though @heiney9. ;) But not on as much as I once was.

To respond to the OP. The capacitors are gone long ago. Sorry.
