    If you can figure out how to install it on my work computer, be my guest. ;)

    But here, everything is all tied up nice and tidy with outlook, IE, and Lotus Notes. I can't install anything on these.

    Trust me, i hate it, too. But at least my stupid fast internet connection makes up for it. :D

    Hahaha, i've been threatened to be sued. Not the company, but me. It made my day.

    Because I, based out of Ohio, didn't pay this member's claim.

    Oh, my bad. Next time i see that you might have had some services done, i'll hop on a plane and go sit at my reserved desk at Blue Cross of California and take care of that for you. They know me there, they've got a spot for me, we'll get you taken care of.

    Needless to say, i told her to go right ahead and gave her my direct mailing address at work, who i reported to, and asked when i'd be seeing correspondence from her lawyer.
