any thoughts on these subs? looking to add one of these to VM20 system. thanks.

    the def-tech is a better music sub, the DSW will be way way better for HT.
    The DSW will move a good bit more air.

    The Def-tech will be a bit cleaner bass how ever if it where me i would stick with the DSW.
    IMO always go bigger if you can afford it nothing worse then an underpowered sub. (Looks at his PSW10)

    How ever I've only had like 15mins with both of them on a show room floor let others post.

    A number of people like Def Tech..and they are OK...but the Polk DSW-600 is, in fact, a very good double duty sub with decent power for a small to mid-sized room!
