brand new monitor 70's sell for 340(today) or 380 at newegg but people will bid 60 (shipping) + 280+ for the refurbs speakers on ebay!

Though conceivable, in most cases this is a valid point about ebay. When watching for another klipsch sub 12 ebay bids were hitting upper 200s with 50+ shipping when brand new they can be had for 350 free ship. Same goes for many other things... is it really so hard to do a google search with the product name in it to find out what you are bidding on compared to retail?

I also think its funny that most of the polk refurbs that have either bid or buy it now tend to end with a higher final price if someone starts the bidding than just buying the stupid thing as a buy it now.Main 2ch -
