Polk RM8 for home stereo?
Is anyone using RM 8 's for a home stereo?
I have space limits and would consider RM8 w/ a sub

How about a Polk surround bar SDA instant home theater...see product menu above. A single bar placed beneath or above your TV and a matching sub...no wires.

I have 4 rm8's and would suggest against them for a home stereo. For HT they really are not to bad for how small they are, but for music you need something else. They only play down to 120hz, and you really don't want your sub to play that high. Why not get some of the RTi A3's instead off of polk direct. They would be much better sounding then the small rm8's. But if you really need something as small as the rm8's then they will probably surprise you with their sound for how small they are.Denon 1909, want to upgrade for pre outs
